How to Prepare for a Session
There’s nothing you “have” to do or bring to your session as everything you’ll need will be provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. A light meal before hand is okay, but its best to avoid heavy meals or intense exercises right before.
Here is some additional information and optional preparation you might consider.
What to Expect
Sessions are guided, structured, and intentional. You’ll be lying down for 1 hour and guided through a specific breathing pattern, body awareness, and subtle somatic cues designed to support your nervous system. See FAQs for more details information.

How to Prepare
This style of breathwork is often therapuetic. You may consider spending some time reflecting on an intention you’d like to bring. Some reflection questions include:
What is most alive for me in my life right now?
What emotion has been closest to the surface?
Where do I feel stretched beyond my capacity?
Where in my life am I needing more (insight, clarity, compassion, etc)
Where am I feeling the most tension?
