Find more clarity, capacity, and ease one breathe at a time.

Nervous system support for those who do it all.

Most of us manage life on a system that never fully rests or resets.

Capacity thins

When chronic stress becomes your baseline:

Clarity fades

Fatigue becomes normal

Tension becomes constant

You breathe 20,000 times a day.

And each one is a chance to either spike stress or settle your nervous system. Small shifts in your breath patterns create big changes in how you think, feel, and function.

That’s why we offer Utah’s first Breath Repatterning—a precise, science-driven method that works directly with your nervous system to reduce stress, sharpen clarity, and help your mind and body work with you, not against you.

How does it work?

02. Various systems (e.g., Nervous system) activate and then relax, helping reset stress hormones like cortisol, adrenaline, and oxytocin

01. Rhythmic breathing changes your blood chemistry and begins shifting your physiology

03. Your brainwaves shift into alpha and theta states: boosting memory, emotional process, creativity, and overall well-being.

04. You feel calmer, clearer, and deeply reset.

Who is this for?

Basically, everyone. But especially anyone who feels familiar with….

Always pushing, rarely pausing

You’ve built a life that looks successful from the outside, but internally you feel stretched thin juggling it all. It’s all “manageable”, but it costs you more than you admit.

Parenting on empty

You keep things moving for everyone else while you quietly run on fumes. You’re own capacity is fading, and rest doesn’t seem to “work” the way it should.

Growth that feels incomplete

You’ve done therapy, coaching, and/or other inner work, but an overwhelm you can’t think yourself out of remains.

Busyness = safety

You’ve learned staying busy equals safety. You’d like to slow down, but you’re scared you’ll sacrifice the parts of you that make you powerful.

Chronic health issues

You experience ongoing physical symptoms and health issues without explanation. This could be hard to manage anxiety, depression, or other chronic illness

Easily triggered and iritable

You’re becoming more and more reactive and emotionally overwhelmed. Small things are triggering big reactions and this irrability has you and others on edge.

What can sessions support?

  • Stress and anxiety relief

  • Increased focus and performance

  • More emotional bandwidth

  • More presence, steadiness, and grounding

  • More resilience and less risk of burnout

  • Trauma recovery

  • Enhanced recovery from chronic tension, pain, or illness

I believe the breath you ignore is the life you suppress. Learning to trust it opens doors you didn’t know were closed.

I know this because I’ve lived it—through corporate burnout, the stress of parenting, and intense grief from the deaths of close loved ones. I told everyone “I’m fine”, even as I felt my resilience crumbling. Looking back, “fine” really meant Functioning in Normalized Exhaustion. I was in a state of mental overload, where attention, capacity, and motivation collapsed. As Joan Didion said, “I could read only the headlines.”

Through a range of somatic and mindbody therapies, coaching, and especially breathwork, I found my way back to a felt sense of aliveness—a steadiness and zeal I thought I’d lost.

I’m now passionate about helping others reconnect with what’s been muted over time—energy, clarity, and a sense of possibility. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, deeper alignment, or a new chapter altogether, I’m here to guide you toward a life that feels authentic and alive.
